I need a quote, what info do I need to provide?
Just provide the layout size, quantity, media, type of paper (if applicable) and the project deadline.
How long will it take for me to get a quote?
Some projects are more complex than others. Simpler projects such as business cards and flyers can be quoted within 24 hours. Larger and more complicated projects such as display stands and billboards can take up to 48 hours to be quoted.
Will I see a pre-production sample?
Of course! For offset print projects, you will get a high resolution proof. For digital print projects, you will get a simulation proof. You will be able to get physical samples of display stands.
What file types are accepted?
Files from all Adobe software such as Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and QuarkXPress are acceptable. Images used should be saved in TIFF, PSD, EPS, JPEG or PDF format. For a detailed list of acceptable files types, see our file sharing guidelines.
How long will my project take?
Every project is different. Smaller projects such as business cards and flyers can take a day. Larger and more complex projects such as display stands can take up to a week.
